Cupcakes marmolados

Hola!!

A mí me encanta!!

ENGLISH VERSION
This recipe is an original one, I have take the inspiration from the marble cake and I think that it makes awesome cupcakes and I'm sure you will love them!

MARBLE CUPCAKES
Ingredients (This recipe makes exactly 12 cupcakes)
For the cupcake:
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 200 gr of sugar
  • 200 gr of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
For the buttercream:
  • 200 gr of butter
  • 200 gr of icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 40 gr of milk chocolate
First of all, we put 12 paper liners in a mold and we preheat the oven at 180 ºC.
Sieve the flour and baking powder, put in a bowl and reserve it. Then, we beat the olive oil with the sugar and when all it's well integrated we add the eggs one by one and mix everything well. Then we add half of the flour and the baking powder and beat and then add half of the milk. We repeat the action again and finally add the vanilla sugar.

Once we have finished, we fill 3/4 parts of the paper liners and we put the cupcakes in the oven for about 20-22 minutes at 180ºC.

To check if the cupcakes are done you can sink a toothpick into a cupcake and if it comes out clean, it means that the cupcakes are made.

**RECOMMENDATIONS: To fill the cupcakes you can use a  ice cream scoop.
For the oven: put the mold on the grill not on the baking sheet because it can scorch the mold and I only turn on the under part of the oven but if you want them to be toasted you can turn on (when the cupcakes are made and only for a few minutes, constantly watching) the top part of the oven.

To make the buttercream, first of all we melt the chocolate and we keep it.

Then, we take the butter, remember it is important that it is at room temperature and mix with the icng sugar.

**RECOMMENDATION: When you beat the butter with the icing sugar remember to cover  the bowl
with a towelotherwise you will dirty all the kitchen!! ;)

Then we add the vanilla extract and beat again. Finally, we add the chocolate melted and we mixt it with a spatula. Remember that it hasn't to be perfectly mixted so we can see that is a two flavours buttercream.

Once finished we put our buttercream in our pastry bag and we can decorate our cupcakes!

I hope you like and do it!! Thanks for reading!!

Espero que os haya gustado!! Y mil gracias por leer!!

Un beso
