Cupcakes de triple chocolate!!

Hola a tod@s!!

  • 3 huevos

ENGLISH VERSION
Hello everybody!!
Today: a super recipe for those who enjoy and love chocolate!!!
Today: TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES!!

I made this recipe for my classmates, because they had seen photos of my cupcakes in the blog and asked me to taste ones, so I made these for them and to celebrate the end of exams!!!
I hope you enjoy them as we did!! :)

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES
Ingredients (This recipe makes 16 cupcakes)
For the cupcake:
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 200 gr of sugar
  • 200 gr of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa of powder
  • 16 white chocolate squares
For the buttercream:
  • 275 gr of butter at room temperature
  • 275 gr of icing sugar
  • 100 gr of milk chocolate
First of all, we put 12 paper liners in a mold and we preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Sieve the flour, the cocoa powder and baking powder, put in a bowl and reserve it. Then, we beat the oil with the sugar and when all it's well integrated we add the eggs one by one and mix everything well. Then add half of the flour, the cocoa powder and the baking powder and we continue beating. Then, we add half of the milk and we repeat the action till we have add all the flour and the milk and we will be beating till we have an homogeneous dough.

Once we have finished, we fill 3/4 parts of the paper liners and we put in each cupcake a white chocolate square. Then, we put the cupcakes in the oven for about 20-22 minutes to 180ºC.
To check if the cupcakes are done we can sink a toothpick into a cupcake and if it comes out clean, it means that the cupcakes are made.

**RECOMMENDATIONS: To fill the cupcakes you can use a  ice cream scoop.
For the oven: you should better put the mold on the grill and not on the baking sheet because it can scorch the mold. And I only turn on the under part of the oven but if you want them to be toasted you can turn on (when the cupcakes are made and only for a few minutes, constantly watching) the top part of the oven. And the cupcakes will look awesome!!

To make this buttercream, first of all we melt the chocolate in the microwave and reserve it. Then, we take the butter, remember it is important that it is at room temperature and mix it with the icng sugar.

**RECOMMENDATION: When you beat the butter with the icing sugar remember to cover with a towel the bowl otherwise you will dirty all the kitchen!! ;)

Once everything is well integrated we add the melted chocolate into the dough and continue beating, when is everything well integrated and it has the buttercream consistency we have finished and we can decorate our cupcakes in the way we prefer!!!
I hope you enjoy the recipe and that you try to do it!!!

Mil gracias por leer!!!

Un beso
